Easy Returns — 30 Days
We want every Cuadra purchase to feel right. If it doesn’t, we make returns simple.
What’s eligible
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and in original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned with the original packaging
How it works
- Email us at angel@kuet.us
- We’ll send you a free prepaid return label
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using our label
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process it within 1–2 business days
Choose what works for you
- Refund — Receive a full refund to your original payment method
- Exchange — Choose another size or a different style from our catalog. If the replacement costs less, we’ll refund the difference. If it costs more, you’ll only pay the difference.
Good to know
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Orders placed between Nov 18 and Dec 31 qualify for an extended 45-day return window
